Tips for your application

We see your application as our first time meeting you. It makes us curious and offers initial impressions as to your personality and skills, not to mention your personal reasons for wanting to join us. We want to be there with you when you take this initial step, so we have compiled a couple of tips for your application:

 

Before you apply to us, you will certainly have taken a look at our website and developed an initial idea of our products and services. Now we want to know who we are dealing with and are interested in finding out what you expect from your future dream job with us and what your personal reasons are for applying to us. We are interested in what experience you will bring from your career so far, studies or training, and in what skills and qualifications you have that could be of particular value to us.

 

Your application is our chance to find out, at first glance, what you have done up to this point and where you want to go with us by your side. That is why we want you to outline your motivation and career so far in your application, and give us an insight into who you are and why we should get to know you.

What happens to your application?

A journey through our recruitment process

Submitted! Your application is on its way to us

You have decided to submit an application to us. Great, that is the first and most important step. It is now easy to upload online via our application form. In our applicant management system, you can even send us a video message and introduce yourself ‘in person’ – but only if you want to, of course. You will receive a confirmation that your application has been received.

Received! We have received your application

Our HR team will now take a look at your application and will normally respond to you within five working days. If we want more detailed information about something, we will enquire with you – if everything is complete, we will pass your application straight on to the relevant department. If it should take a little longer to check your documents, we will keep you up to speed so you know where things stand and do not think that we’ve forgotten about you.

Match! We want to meet you

We were impressed by your application and want to meet you in person. We will either meet at one of our offices or invite you to take part in a full phone interview or MS Teams call. The interview is usually conducted by our HR team along with a manager and a colleague from the department to which you applied, so we can all get to know one another at the same time. This interview normally takes up to 1.5 hours.

Interested! Time for the next step

Our first meeting was a success. We will now arrange a second, more in-depth interview or an open day in your chosen department as quickly as possible. This will give you the opportunity to meet a lot of your future colleagues and find out more information about us and the work you will be doing. We also have the chance to get to know you better, because it is very important to us that you fit into the team.

Impressed! We will offer you a contract

Everything is in order! Now we just need to deal with a couple of formalities. You will discuss the specifics of your potential contract with our recruitment team and the liaison from your future department. At this stage, you will also receive more detailed information about our social benefits and general conditions.

Done! You are employed

You have signed your employment contract. We will now get everything ready for your first day and order your new laptop and all other resources, so you are ready to get started on day one. Naturally, we will keep you updated about all the important stages to shorten the time until you can start work.

It’s time! Your first day has arrived

Nice to see you! Your new team will give you a warm welcome and show you to your new workstation. It is now time for your comprehensive onboarding and you can hit the ground running.
