Your first day at work has finally arrived. Now we can really get started! As part of your on-the-job training, you will take part in our onboarding programme. In addition to introductory webinars focusing on a variety of topics, we hold face-to-face meetings for all new employees at one of our offices in Germany and Austria every two months. During your on-the-job training, you will take part at three events which will help you familiarise yourself with our offices and teams in a quick and easy fashion, get you started with networking right away and provide an overview of our corporate structures, tools and departments. This process is a great way to break the ice with your new colleagues and give you lots of freedom to ask any questions you might have.

A new job is always a great challenge. Happiness mixed with excitement and curiosity: What lies in front of me? What is my place of work like? What are my new colleagues like? What is the best way to prepare for my first day at work? We’d like to give answers to all of those and further questions. After all, we are just as excited to meet you as you are to meet us, and we’d like to shorten the time before you start working with us and show that we are looking forward to meeting you.
