Our onboarding process accompanies your start in your job.

A new job is always a great challenge. Happiness mixed with excitement and curiosity: What lies in front of me? What is my place of work like? What are my new colleagues like? What is the best way to prepare for my first day at work? We’d like to give answers to all of those and further questions. After all, we are just as excited to meet you as you are to meet us, and we’d like to shorten the time before you start working with us and show that we are looking forward to meeting you.

Before your first day at work you will get access to our employee portal. There you can find all kinds of information about your first day, our culture or different useful tips regarding for example our benefits, your work time account, our locations or the company pension. Furthermore you will find all sorts of documents for your start at our company. We would like you to feel as part of the company and hope our employee portal will help you get started quickly and easily.

Our onboarding process

Your first day at work has finally arrived. Now we can really get started!

 

As part of your on-the-job training, you will take part in our onboarding programme over a period of 6 months. In our virtual Welcome-HouR you will get to know all the other colleagues that have started at the same time and you will get first information about your start at msg insur:it.

 

In addition to introductory e-learnings focusing on a variety of topics, we hold face-to-face meetings for all new employees at one of our offices in Germany and Austria every two months. During your on-the-job training, you will take part at three events which will help you familiarise yourself with our offices and teams in a quick and easy fashion, get you started with networking right away and provide an overview of our corporate structures, tools and departments. This process is a great way to break the ice with your new colleagues and give you lots of freedom to ask any questions you might have. Throughout this rolling system you will get to know those colleagues who have their first get together like you as well the ones on their second and third meeting.

 

Thanks to different topics in every onboarding meeting you will get practical ideas for your work at msg insur:it. Also we will give you tips for your daily work routine in order for you to have a great start in our company.
