Dr Alexandra Hessling studied sociology at the universities of Munich, Marburg and Bielefeld. She has been working in Product Management and Standard Development at msg life since 2019. In this role, she is setting up R&D structures, supporting the agile transformation and driving the standardisation of processes within the company. Before joining msg life, she held management positions at the universities of Bielefeld and Kiel. Most recently, she headed the Business Administration department at Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg.

Dominik Geller is Senior Business Consultant and currently responsible as "Chief Project Manager Claims" for the implementation of customer projects for the claims component of msg.Insurance Suite. He is a trained insurance and finance specialist and has since continued his education to become an insurance and finance specialist, DVA business economist and Bachelor of Arts - Insurance Management.

Dr. Stefan Nörtemann has studied mathematics and computer science at TU Dortmund University. After earning his PhD in mathematics, he started his professional career at an occupational pension consultancy. Since 2002, he has been working for FJA Feilmeier & Junker GmbH, today’s msg life central europe gmbh, in the field of Financial Reporting and Risk Management. In 2004, he became a member of the DAV (German Association of Actuaries) and has been involved on different committees and working groups ever since. He also heads the DAV expert group on Actuarial Data Science, established in the beginning of 2017.

Markus Pabst has been a Senior Account Manager in msg-life's sales department since 2017. After studying computer science and business administration in Dortmund, he began his career as a consultant and sales manager in a medium-sized software company with a customer focus on state authorities in the new federal states. After moving to T-Systems, he initially took on responsibility as a key account manager and sales manager for the insurance and banking sector in the West region, where he coordinated Telekom AG's strategic partnership with the ERGO insurance group. In addition to other professional positions as an interim manager at various software companies for the target markets of banking, insurance and healthcare, he worked as a key account manager for the insurance industry at Terradata and Software AG before msg life.

She studied business economics, worked as an online newspaper business editor for many years, and thus acquired great knowledge of both the business world and the financial world. Michaela Duhr gained international experience in financial market reporting and corporate reporting through her work in a correspondent office on New York’s Wall Street.
