We deliver reliably

There is a reason why so many insurers choose us to modernise their core systems: we can be relied on to deliver. We have successfully completed numerous projects with well-known customers.

This success is thanks to our unparalleled expertise and years of experience, not to mention the standardised procedural model we have developed and continue to refine on the basis of successful project launches and the critical success factors derived from them.

There are two specific variants based on a standardised higher-level framework, traditional and agile, both of which follow an iterative incremental approach. The decision in favour of one of the two variants is largely dependent on the collaboration model with the customer.

A recipe for success

In addition to the implementation of the project, the procedural model covers the rollout (referring to the initial launch), the transition to operation and the further development of the application landscape. This ensures that the methodologies in live operation and parallel development interlink and are handled in a fully integrated fashion.

In our experience, the successful launch of a project depends on a phase preceding the start of a project (the quotation process). In this phase, the system build is described as part of a preliminary study and brought into a logical context. The resulting project plan ensures that the goals of the project are accomplished, with consideration for every aspect of the rollout strategy.

Another central aspect of the procedural model is the continuous adoption of standard releases – this is implemented in the form of continuous delivery.

Overall, the procedural model maps the interplay between software development and management processes, which are supported by the roles, tools and resources built on them. This results in an integrated, consistent project approach which can be adapted to the needs of each customer, is based on upgradeable standard software and focuses on delivering added value for the customer.
