Are you interested in actively helping make the application landscape of insurance companies future-proof? As a migration expert, you will conceptualise and implement needs-based actuarial and system-side solutions to migrate the complex databases of our customers from their heterogeneous policy administration systems to modern, future-proof environments. You will look through the full length and breadth of the administration of insurance policies and develop innovative approaches, modern solutions and comprehensive strategies. This is not limited to the core policy administration systems – it also encompasses the data and processes of cross systems. In doing so, you will gradually gain an overall impression of the technical architecture, the system-side data warehouse and the necessary business processes as part of policy administration. You will see the migration of very many highly sensitive datasets not as a problem, but rather a challenge. Our migration experts work to develop and implement solutions in interdisciplinary teams across multiple offices. As data are migrated across all software components and the migration process concerns all technical disciplines, you will always work closely with our project teams, internal software developers and customers as a migration actuary or migration technician.

  • Technical conceptualisation: Conceptualisation and realisation of needs-based actuarial and system-side portfolio migration solutions
  • Consulting: Consulting with our customers on the specific requirements of highly complex processes for core policy administration systems, as well as the data and processes of cross systems
  • Technical know-how: Application of technical expertise in terms of actuarial mathematics, the data warehouse for insurance policy administration, business processes and architectures
  • Specifications: Development of functional and technical specifications using our proven, market-leading migration tools
  • Project management: Contribution throughout the entire course of the project with potential future assumption of project management responsibility
